I can't believe I'm asking this because it seems like such an easy question. I can't get my homepage changes to save in IE7. I have gone to the Tools menu (at least three times), pasted the new website I wish to use (in the General tab), hit Apply and said OK. When I hit the home button (or even if I completely close the window and open a new one), I still get my old homepage. I even tried going to the website and then using the home icon to change it (on the actual browser window). Nothing is working. Please help.

P.S. I don't have any reason to believe it's a virus - the old homepage is my alma mater and I want to change it to weather underground.

I'm reading an article about HIPAA laws for an assignment at school, and this article states that the Bush Administration organized the group that would eventually create HIPAA. I thought that Pres. Clinton was Pres. in the 1990's. Would this article be referring to Bush Sr.?

I cant bring it in b/c my family has allergies. I have an outside barn, will a cat like that? It's big, like a bedroom. I have alot of stuff in there. It smells like gas, and if i keep the cat there for the cold nights, will it be ok? Or will the smell make it sick? It's very warm and cozy in there.

Should i tile the whole wall? Then what about the adjacent wall, cos i dont want that all tiled, but will it look weird if i only tile half way up it when the wall behind my shower is done to the ceiling. I mean its gonna have shelves on anyways and candles n ****. argh i hate decorating!

Does anyone know where I can get financing on furniture? I don't want to go thru Rent a Center, and I already know about ez furniture warehouse. I currently own an investment property with a business partner. I am the only one on title since the mortgage is only in my name. I desperately need to get out of this property. My partner has agreed to release me from my obligations. I am giving up all my equity to accomplish this.

We have two options available from what we can tell to get me off the mortgage which is the main objective:

Option 1 - He can actually purchase the property from me to release me from the mortgage. This likely is a bad idea. Essentially, he would buy the house but the proceeds that I receive would end up going back to him at closing. This could easily be looked at as loan fraud and I have not interest in breaking the law.

Option 2 - We add him to title and then he refinances the property removing me from the mortgage. He has been an owner the whole time, it just hasn't been reflected that way on title. He is more than qualified to be approved for the loan.

Is option 2 legal?

I am moving from high priced California in search of a better quality in life. I just recently married and want to relocated to start a new family. We have decided on Denver, CO. It seems like a great place to live with no major natural distaster to worry about. But please tell me some stories if there is something to worry about like hail storms. I also would like to know if there are Asian area, White area, Latino area, and the Black area since I am very new to Denver...
