Is there something I'm missing here? I've been a wine drinker for 3 decades. I spent thousands a year searching and buying, then cosuming fine wines from around the world. Many have been wonderful.

Now the Gallo wine I am sipping tonight is probably the first time in 15 plus years I've drank anything under a $20 bottle. This one happen to be $6. (long story how I got stuck with it) The bottle to be specific is Gallo Twin Family Merlot. So my point is, the wine is noty half bad. In fact it is a little on the "good" side. If I were drinking this wine blind and did not know I would have rated it a C+, perhaps even a B-, something less then 10% of the wines I taste achieve. So why do wine drinker laugh and joke about Gallo? Is it just pure snubbery? Ya sure I kjnow, it's not the best stuff in the world, but if you're in a pinch it will do, trust me. Am I the only serious wine drinker who feels this way?

My ex hubby MIA now wants to see me and my son?
My hubby and I were 2gether for 5 yrs..and was hooked on crack after his mom passed away...

I got pregnant, he was MIA, saw our son when he was 1 month, dissapeared, never supported me in any way, and got shipped off to another country by his parents..

Now 6 yrs has passed, he decides to call me and says "hey"..

I was shocked and p*ssed off, surprised and then I hung up...

What should I do now? Please advice..
My son has never seen his dad, but has a great family established already consisting of my mom, dad, 3 bros...

Tell me please, because I've unsuccessfully tried many times.
I talk to a person one time and then they stop talking to me? I don't understand. Maybe it's because I make them feel uncomfortable, but I can't help that. I think I smile too much or something, but that's only because I'm TRYING to be friendly. It's like people try to avoid me because they think that I don't like them... or something. But really, I want to make friends because at this moment, I don't have many. So tell me, how do you make friends? What seems so easy for others seem so hard for me.

I just bought my first pair of tap shoes for a beginning tap class. They are leather Bloch "Mary Jane" shoes with techno taps. What are some do's and don'ts for tap shoe maintenance? What about practising as I don't have a decent floor to really practice on? Would practising some of the steps be okay just wearing socks on some carpet (to prevent slipping on my hardwood floor)?

My mom has only a few weeks to live and i have to move out of our home due to the recent "motgage market crash," but my 12month old boy is going through this "Seperation Anxiety" and i cant even stand up, us the restroom and eat. When i make HIM somthing to eat hes sreaming, and all i've eaten is the crust from the sanwitch i made him for lunch and just now for dinner. I cant stand to be around him, I DREAD TOMARROW. I am a stay at home mom and i havent had a break now since he was born, I get no help because my mom has been sick. I need to spend this time with my mother. I even called my husband at work and told him that i don't want the baby anymore... i know i'll regreat it later, but am i a bad mom?

I have 2 credit cards. One is secured with a limit of $200 which was how much I deposited when I opened it, and the other card is a regular card with $300 limit. I spend about 30-50% of my limit then pay off in full each month.

Are two cards enough or would a third card help build my credit faster? Also do you think I should increase my $200 limit higher? Will this be better for my credit?

My parents have had a complicated marriage,my dad cheated like 4 times in the past but is now determined to make it right again I know in my heart he will never cheat but him and my my mom got seperated for a month. They got back together trying to work out there marriage but my mom is now in love with another guy and my dad is slowly finding more and more about what's going on.
