Yes, I can cry without weeping, Sometimes the tears just fall, no sound, just tears.
I can talk without speaking, or using sign language, if people pay close enough attention...the eyes will often tell you what a person is feeling. and I can scream without raising my voice, why raise my voice when it's not going to make a difference, the person on the receiving end still wouldn't be listening...I can scream without using my voice, once again...the eyes.

I wouldn't be able to scream without raising my voice. Although I could scream right now and raise my voice and YOU wouldn't hear a thing! lol

well if you mean it in different principles,
you can cry inside by feeling emotional pain.
you can talk through actions or body language.
and you can scream without raising your voice by saying huge problems such as, stop racism. if you see what im trying to say,
