My friends house is being haunted by the ghosts of a little girl and her older brother. The girl seems to be playful, but the older brother causing chaos. Can anyone help???

First do a title history search on the home to determine who owned the home over the years, next look for obituaries during the years of the area and not just the home. Also, you will have to review a lot of newspapers at the local library and you may want to talk to a local historian about the area.
I have not seen the home you are in or know the age but there may have been another home before that one look and see when you do a deed and title search.
When you have all your info and can determine that these are lost souls or demons in disguise then you will know what you are dealing with. After you have done your research I would head what the above commenter > MILLY< said about cleansing the home or guiding them to the light which ever suits the types of spirits in the home. You will need to re do this ritual every full moon though if they are malicious spirits because they can reattach themselves to the property and those that live in the home very easily if you do not keep weakening them. It's sort of like a stray dog scenario, if you feed it it will come back but if you keep yelling at it and scareing it off and not leave easy access garbage or food around it will eventually leave. Sometimes evil entities will use benign spirits to cause turmoil to those who are living. I wouldn't mess around with Ouija boards or seances, as you can unknowingly invite evil spirits into your home. You should use the internet to find a local ghost hunting group in your area or state. You could also find information on paranormal chat groups on Yahoo! or MSN. I am sure that there is someone out there who can give you assistance in guiding these spirits to the other side.

It is frustrating if there is a message in which he wishes to relay but everyone is ignoring him hence the chaos, eventually that could lead to poltergeist activity, my advice is
ask for the message to be given to you in a form that you can understand like in a dream or by Morse code if you know it. Once the message is received things usually settle,a word of advice most spirits will not go quietly being moved on.

I think knowing the history of the house and more importantly the ghosts themselves would greatly help. Ask your friend's family who sold the house to them and start there until you find someone who has sufficient knowledge of the house and what caused the deaths of these two.

I call Spirit they may just be a Lost Soul
These are then Earth bound Spirits you may call Ghosts
Or sometimes family members that have past over come back to heal you when you are ill or just pop in to see how things are going in your life : )
Do you also know that people that Astral Travel are seen as ghost, so maybe people are seeing ghost maybe are just living people just exploring via Astral travelling : )

Evil spirits are terrified by a strong faith in God. You need not be a priest or a minister to frighten a mischievous spirit into going away or to stop causing trouble. If you don't have the faith to do this then find someone who can. If you're near Chicago email me and we'll talk...

He might just be trying to get your attention; sometimes all they need is for you to listen to them.
But if things get to bad you might want to have someone cleans your house.

if it is causing fear, then it is likely bad, or angry.
if it is just making itself known than it probably needs or wants something.
e-mail me a little more info on what times the "activity" happens, and the feelings and emotions of the people in the home at that time.
