when i go to sleep i feel this pain on below my right chest...but when i get up the pain stop but if i lay down again it comes back...so what is it?

Could have something to do with the position that you are sleeping in but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

i forget the medical term but i think its when the lining of your lungs loses its lubrication and rubs against other stuff. have you been exposed to some toxic chemicals lately?
