Some of the things that makes me happy are, kind words and manners, the feel of a guitar in my hands, and watching the sun come up from the wheelhouse of the boat I run, while enjoying a cup a finely brewed coffee, and listening to Morning Edition on NPR.

OK... Mind over matter... No... What controls your mind??? Your self man.... So when you achieve Self over mind, you will control your emotions... When you control emotion you control being, because being is perception..... how you perceive something is what makes you happy or sad.... so life=control....so gain some control and you will be happy.... or somethin like that .... i hope you get the picture lol... peace
