My son's old physical therapist is charging ten dollars per page of records to be sent to us. I was wondering if there is usually a charge for sending the records to another doctor instead, once we find a new doctor and therapist at our new home. Thanks,

Lets say my dad is 5'7, however, he is that short because when he was younger he was exposed to malnutrition, stressing hard work and very little time to sleep. So here are my questions:

1. Will i inherit his height which is 5'7 or would i inherit a height higher than 5'7 because of his conditions when he was younger?

My parent's always wants me to send them pics, programs, etc.
I hate attaching them to e-mails etc....it tends to be cumbersome.
Is FTP the best approach to just dump stuff to his PC? If so, how do I do that "safely".
Or is there a better alternative than FTP or e-mail attachment?

Back in high school, my gov/econ teacher told us you can drink alcohol the night before you actually turn 21...This makes sense to me, so that people won't drink heavily between 12am-2am.

Since I'm turning 21 in a couple weeks, this information would be really helpful.

I think it is important for parents to say why it would be best to wait until adulthood/marriage however, I feel that it is more important to teach kids about safe sex. I feel that if kids want to have sex, they're going to. If I had kids, I would not want them to have sex until they are adults, but if they feel they are ready any earlier, I would rather they protect themselves.
