No. It doesn't matter how many people are gullible enough to fall for it, it doesn't work. That's what we have science for - to find actual explanations.

technically, yes. according to the implications of quantum mechanics, anything is. it's difficult to explain, but you might be able to find something on the internet that explains it well. i'm not a good explainer, sorry.
