Is Canada really several years behind the U.S. in terms of getting the latest gadgets and things like that?

I've heard several people say that recently, and I was wondering if there is any truth in it.

my litlle girls dad doesnt look after her like a dad should, she goes with him 3 weekends out of the month, now I have tryed so many time to get welfare 2 go 2 his house because of the state the house is in, EG: you would not what 2 use the toilet or the bathroom sink cas it is that dirty youd rather wash your hand inthe loo!!! He doesnt feed her right, she comes home after been there and has so much t2 eat its not funnie, nearly very time she comes back she has cuts and saws over her, I ask him what happen and he just goes "I dont know".
She sleeps in the same bedroom as him, which i understand because he lives with his parents BUt he smoke POT in the same room as her and always has his mates int he room to while shes trying to sleep! I know all this becuase he lived with me for 6months when our daughter was born, Ive tryed going to court but dont have $3000 so he can see her during the day. all welfare said to me is that theyll help if she is put in hospital or dead! HELP PLZ

In high school my weight was at 130 pounds during my senior year and I was skinny and fit and I had a hour glass figure men would actually stare and now I have been through a lot of crap with my abusive father I stoped caring about myself and I blame no one but myself for now weighing at 160 pounds but it has been years now since I have had a nice figure can someone help me out I have weights and pilates workout videos but I cant seem to get motivated I dont know why I have always loved to work out someone please help me find myself back.

um yeah, i have an ex. we have both confessed our love to each other in hte past. bla bla bla... then sometimes we havnet been getting along as good. anyways i told him my boyfreind moved in with me last week. it was a lie. so today i said " yeah he doesnt really live here. i just said that to make you mad" he sounded all annoyed - and good reason. why would he be mad , its not like were togheter. so now i feel really stupid . do u think it sounds like he wishes i would just leave him alone or something? was that a big blunder? how to undo it? oh and what he did to make me wonder if he wishes i would leave him alone is that - he sounded all annoyed THEN i said ' have a good day mark, " and he said "ok bye " instead of ' You too "

red blood cells, My white blood cells are normal, I go for Iron IV every week, But my red cell count flucates between 6.3 in which I get transfusions to 8.5, And my Iron level is between 2 to 17 and that also flucates, I have been receiving Iron IV and have received 7 transfusions in the past year, What is the survival rate for this type of condition.

I broke up with him twice and he still comes back . We enjoy each others company and finally my son has accepted him. He is the first real relationship I have been in since my son's father.He says that he can see us togethere for years to come We are also starting a joint venture together and he is footing most of the bill. I love him and he is the first person that made me look at myself in the mirror and be real. I think he loves me too but he has only said it once. We go to church on occasion together, we play together he has cried and I have cried . Our love making is wonderful and really I'am just happy to be with him no matter what we do together. But our age difference is a factor and I'am afraid that he will find someone his age that is problem free,child free like him and have the whole world to explore. He says he is happy with our relationship and the age thing is my issue because it does not bother him until I bring it up when we go out. HELP
