what kind of things should i say to him, ways i could flirt with him, things that will make him want me..i think he likes me too-he started to tell me that once but then he got nervous and said nevermind..i think he likes me a lot..so i want him to know i like him too..but i dont want to come right out and say it for certain reasons, so i could use any advice you offer. =]

First, guys love compliments! (don't we all?). Kill him with kindness. Make eye contact (but don't stare). Smile. Spend time with him. Ask him questions about himself.
Give him time to open up if he's shy and be patient. These are all clear signs to him that you're interested and might open the door for him to finally tell you how much he likes you too! Good luck!
