How does that happen arent they suppose to float up to the top when they are dead?

I guess if you put something in the water that made it so poor little fishy couldn't get any oxygen, like maybe an oil or soap of some sort...that would be wrong

Im guessing your fish didn't neccesarily "drown" because they breathe water...so a better word for that would be "died".
