C. We will not have a physical body in Heaven till the last day. At that point, our re-made perfect body, will be reunited with our spirit. I think Mary is there in spirit only too. She will be just like the rest of us and receive a "physical" body upon the last day. So actually the answer to the question as you have it stated is: E. None of the above.

Eve the wife of Adam was the most beautiful Muslim woman and the devoted woman, who gave birth to twins (a Boy and a Girl) in her each delivery and lived nearly thousand years.
Sarah the wife of Prophet Abraham was the second most beautiful Muslim woman God created whom God gave son (Ishaq) at age 80 after loosing hope completely to bear a child.

Any woman who believes in one and only God and lives her life according to the teachings of God is a Muslimah. Becuase Muslim means one who submits her/his life to God and lives his/her life by the commandments of God to please Allah.
All Prophets God sent to humans for guidance no matter what religion you call it today and country, society or people they came for guidance were Muslims because they all believed in one God and lived by the rules of God.
God calls Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah and all biblical Prophets as Muslims in Quran.
