I am seriously interested in an investment property. I toured it yesterday and it is great except in the basement(dirt). The steel poles that support the underside are decayed and loose at the bottom. There is a jack contraption attached to one corner. Is this a dangerous situation and very costly to fix?

ok I want to get Baptised. I been thinking about it for a while now, and the big date is August 20th. Im a little concerned with myself, you see Im not a perfect person and Im afraid that I might give into temptation. Now when someone gets baptised are they suppose to be unhuman meaning no parties, no boyfriend, no social life but remain focused on the word of the bible. please help.....

I am leaving to go to USMC basic training. I can run 3 miles in 21min, do about 60 push-ups, 15 pull-ups, 109 sit-ups in two min. But Im not that strong, I just have alot of endurance. I weigh 130 and my max bench is about 130. So my question is, should I do some weight training before I leave, if so what should I aim for by the time I leave(I have about 9 months before I go)? Or should I just keep working on cardio and runing and stuff?

ok - I have been dating this guy for a month. And we recently had sex.... I was disappointed with his penis size. I didnt feel anything. I know that you can try different positions... but that didnt seem to work either... I am not sure if I should start dating other people or keep seeing him. My last bf had a big one... so this is very different. Everything is else is going pretty good. So I am not sure. I dont want to hurt him. I asked me if it was his penis... and i did say no. My service engine soon light came on my 1997 nissan 200sx and I had the vehicle scanned at Autozone in which the code for throttle position sensor came up on the scanner. I bought the part and attempted to change it. I had a difficult time changing it myself and decided to have a mechanic change it the next day. The next morning when I started the car to go to work the light wasn't on anymore. So now I have been driving the car for a couple of days and the light still hasn't came on. Does this mean that the fault code fixed itself or should I drive the car a few more days to see if the fault reappears before getting my money back for the part that I purchased.

I have been living with the lump fo 6 months now and its not painful. I'm getting scared because its not going anywhere. I went to the Doctor in my campus clinic who me told that she didnot think it was breast cancer but hormonial but i should go for further tests to be sure. I'm only 20 and i'm really scared of loosing my breast. Ithought ignoring it would make it disappear. Please help. I havent told my mom cause she'll force me to go to the Doctor. How long does a breast cancer lump last before making you sick. I thought i would wait for it to kill me than have my breast cut.

Hi- I am an aussie who has recently moved to nz. Although I love new zealand and its people, I was horrified to here that there are gangs here.
That is it. I have had enough! Why do you stupid gangs have to ruin the best country on the planet. You achieve nothing but pain and suffering. You are gay and will never ever have a life. How dare you try and recrut young members.

This is his FIRST fathers day... and I want it to be REALLLLLLY special for him.
I cannot afford anything TOOO expensive. I do not want to get him any video games, I feel he has enough. I don't want to get him cd's or dvd's.. I'm 15 and i stay up all night and sleep all day. Sometimes going to bed at 9 AM and getting up at 5 pm. A week ago my dad got gout in his hand and he started taking this medication to help get rid of it. Hes took if before and it makes him tired. So while he was taking it this time, i noticticed everyday when i got up that for the past week, hes been taking 3-4 hour naps. One time he gets up and hes just quiet. I noticed he coughed and it was a wet cough. He kept coughing on and off. I asked, "are you feeling okay?", "your acting strange". His replay was, "yes im fine dont worry." Ever since then (about 4 days ago it was until this day.) Hes been sleeping and has a wet cough. He has CHF, COPD, and Chronic Gout. Now i know the side effects of CHF are tiredness, shortness of breath, and all that. But do you think fluid is backing up into his lungs again?
His gout meds hes on are "indacin" or something.
