Yes, to some extent. They have a couple of insiders working in CA and an agreement at some level of the management that this is to be a conservative forum. The RNC employs a few of the answerers here and perhaps a couple of people in CA. This is my hypothesis, but it keeps getting confirmed.

You've seen the volume of questions by both Party's; those good, bad and everything under the sun.

You're also a user with a fairly decent reputation. Are you willing to tarnish that reputation by holding a blind eye to the truth and actually ask a question such as this without others questioning your awareness as being one with selective blinders on?

I think you don't know the meaning of the term "neo-conservative." It means "newly" conservative. I think there are very few people who fit the category. So Y! Answers does not have a have neos in great numbers.

Well, it depends on the time of day. I think in the early morning hours the neocons wake up early with the intent of studying the bible, yet get distracted and end up on YA's bashing others in their biblical sort of way.

This early most liberals are still sleeping off Friday night's drunken orgy and pot fest.
