HELP!!! schools starting soonl and i am always bullied by all the girls in my grade. is there anyway to get them to stop bullying me? my mom has already discussed it with the teacher but she didnt do anyhting about it and my princible wont do anything about it either. the bullies parents already know that they bullie me and are ok with it. dont say that if you act like it is not bothering you they will leave you alone cause they wont. these are the type of girls that if you act like it is not bothering you they willl bother you more to bother you. and if you act like it is bothering you they do it more so no matter what i do they keep doing it. there had been a few days where it has been so bad i have come home and treid to suffacate my self in my closet( wich by the way didnt work.) please help me!!!!!

I am seriously wanting to know...from a Muslim point of view.

I mean, I know that in Afghanistan, if you convert from Islam to another religion, it would be incredibly shameful and your own family would likely kill you, especially if you were female. This happens all the time...and women are literally burned to death.

And, I know that converting TO Islam is often completely forced...or perhaps, for marriage purposes, etc...

But I am curious about the women in the "open" countries who freely embrace Islam...? What on earth or in heaven could your motive possibly be? Do you have any idea what life is like for a Muslim woman...or what "heaven" is (supposedly) for a Muslim woman?

Right now, I could only think that it would stem from either ignorance or deception, or a combination of them both.

So, I ask this question with sincere interest...to learn something and gain some insight on these things...

Some pro-choicers use the argument that if abortion was not legal, women would seek other ways to end the pregnancy that might be very dangerous. Is it true that women commonly did dangerous things like this before abortion was legal? if you know there is something that is going down and have to say it may be illegal and involves my fiancee. afraid if i say anything relationship may be jeopardize really all i want to do is help him realize the mistake he is making. every time i say something regrading this issue he is like you overreacting. and i don't know if i report him to the cops would he take that as an insult or would that be a step in the right direction. i love him for everything he is worth but this issue may kill the relationship. i have asked him a few times to stop he keeps saying i will but he hasn't please advise me on what i should do need any advice possible? also how do you get someone to stop making dead promises another of the issues? thanks in advance. for you all of you answer be as kind as you can please.

I'm going to get flak from everyone for this, but I do not care. Why are so many people becoming overweight? I find that especially women are susceptible to obesity at such a young age. 30 Years ago it wasn't uncommon for a woman to have 4 - 6 children and still have a slender physique. It seems nowadays that once young women have their first child they put on a tremendous amount of weight that in many cases they never lose. I understand that fast food comes into play but it doesn't explain why people do nothing about their weight gain once it becomes evident. I also believe the theory of " It's what's inside that counts" is detrimental to todays society. Reguardless of how happy someone may be who is overweight they wont be very happy once they start to experience problems such as heart disease, strokes, diabetes and other more random things like feeling as though they are about to pass out after walking up a flight of stairs. But go ahead people. tell me it is ok to be Overweight.
