i heard of p2p programs like imesh, but it was full of spyware, then they created the lite version which is supposedly with no spyware and clean, is it true, and what is a lite version and is there a way to find out if theres spyware on it before you install it .and for the record i hae been using torrents since it was first released i am tired of it, even though its good, but i never tried anything different, so i just wanna know what i am asking, please

There will always be viruses and spyware as long as you are using a real computer (ie. not macintrash)
You basically just have to use common sense -- don't run programs that could be infected.
