The price to list on eBay depends on the price you start your auction out at -- if you start it at $0.01 its about 25 cents.

Note, you also have to pay a small fee based on the price that your item sells at.

Go to ebay and look at their fee schedule.

Ebay has a fee schedule posted but it gets confusing. You pay to list depending on ad features, but at lest 35 cents to display a picture, then it varies based upon how long you want to list the item for (ie: 3 days, 1 week etc), THEN you pay based on the beginning price for the item you are listing, then you pay a final value fee if the item is sold. For one or two in demand items it isnt bad, but if you do a lot of low cost items that do not sell the first time, you pay to relist and eventually the cost of listing exceeds what you would get for the item, so in effect you have basically donated your money to ebay

It would probably cost you a grand total of $0.55 to post an add on eBay.
I hope that this helped, even a little bit.
