My wife & I had hadn't seen each other for a few weeks prior to this incident. We met up at my sisters house on her way up to our new house that I was going to be moving to with her in a little over a month.

She agreed to let me buy a new TV so we decided to take a ride to the nearest Best Buy. As she was getting our sons car seat out of her vehicle I told my sister to hop in the front seat.

She got a little miffed, did the whole silent treatment thing.

She ended up apologizing stating that it probably had something to do with the 10 hr drive, our separation, & that fact that she was hungry at the time but then she expected an apology from me.

She said a wifes place in a vehicle is next to her husband unless she gives up the position. But it was my sister!

Am I wrong or is she?

Is there anyway that a bank would accept a false check?
Or how long does it take for a bank to know that the check does not have the amount mentioned ,for exemple if you make a deposit to your account with a check , can the automaticly verify if there money on that check ,if it can't immadiatly ,how long can it take to see wheter if the check have money or not ?
I wish i made myself clear.

Hello I am 20 years old and visitng my brother and his girlfriend in New York for three weeks. He let me visit 9 months ago also. He wants me to do all the dishes while I am there and clean up his puppies potty when he is not home as his puppy has a habit of eating her potty. I feel like cinderella. Is it fair for him to ask me to wash dishes while I am there. Plus am I supposed to help my mom out with the chores if I live at home? My brother says that I should help out my mom and help her with the cleaning and dishes and cleaning my room. I'd love any opinions from any 20 year olds.

I don't mean to be nasty but what the bloody hell is going on? Even a two year old could spell better than some of these people. It seems like some of them are usuing a special language that looks simillar to text speak but got mixed up with complete and utter laziness.
I can totally understand using text speak if you're writing a text because you expect the person on the other end to know what you're gibbering about, but to use it on a site like this where you have the room to write things out properly - and you don't have to pay for it - is just pure laziness.
God, in his infinite wisdom, gave us all brains for a reason so start usuing them people! Write your question then use the damn spell checker.
Now I'm going to have people going over this with a fine toothed comb to pick out all my mistakes, eh? Well at least I made an effort. And to think I wasted 5 points on this.

Today I brought home a 5 week old puppie(shitzu mix). Suddenly my shitzu will not come around me, when I call her she just looks at me and turns away. I have a male betta fish and before we moved him he was happy and swam all the time and was excited to see me and to eat his meals. I dont overfeed him and I am very particular to what he eats (no pellets he actually refused to eat those). So a few days after we brought him to my college he started to swim on his side and refused to eat much. Now all he does is lay on his side either at the surface or on the bottom of his tank. He seems bloated/swollen in the stomach area. I have done minimal research and I think it may be a swim bladder infection but I am not sure how to treat the condition (the pet store did nothing to help me out on treating my poor fish either). So I want to know if it could be something else and how I should treat any of the conditions it could be especially the swim bladder issue. I just want him to get better and not die because i am officially attached to him.
