The cat is named Mork. His father Linus just died and was about 20, so he must've lived a healthy life. Ever since my grandma moved to an apartment, she hasn't been able to go to the vet. I hired a contractor to reconstruct my house. After he finished he threw all of the construction sand onto my front yard grass, covering all the junk he had left there such as glass, wood, etc. After I asked him why he would do such a thing, he said its no big deal, just add top soil to it and it will be fine. Isn't a contractor obligated to fix anything that he has damaged, and wasn't paid to fix it. Is there someone I can call so I can show them it proves as a health hazard?
