I am travelling to india from the US, end of this month and my US visa has expired.But i have the extension papers in hand, do i have to take any visa for landing in Taipei? i have a transit in taipei, i do not intend to go out of the airport.
Please help!

I need help. I ordered 2 DVDs from a seller on an auction site (which shall remain nameless). The seller stated that the discs were legit. But when I got them, they were obviously bootlegs. I complained and he agreed to refund my money. So I returned the DVDs and haven’t heard from him since. I tried emailing him, but his address isn’t working. The auction site where he was selling his discs has banned him after a few companies complained about him pirating their films. So I don’t think the site’s webmaster can help me. Someone advised me to pay with a money order from the post office, which is what I did. I still have the stub, but I’m unsure what to do next. Who should I contact for help?

a) compute dy/dx
I got (16x-5y)/(5x + y^2)

b)write an equation for the line tangent to the curve at the point (4,-1)
I plugged the numbers in the derivative and then got (y+1)=3(x - 4)

c)there is a number k so that the point (4.2,k) is on the curve. Using the tangent line found in part b, approximate value of k ..
so I dont know if this is right but I just plugged those numbers..
k+1=3(4.2 - 4) and got k= -0.4

d)write an equation that can be solved to find k so that the point (4.2, k) is on the curve..
What do I do for this one?

e) Solve the equation found in d for the value of k.

Can someone help me?

So, I have heard you should give your kid the name you always wanted (provided they are the same sex as you). But that leads me to a problem. If I named my kid Optimus Prime, Rambo, Luke Skywalker, Skeletor, He-Man, Blackbeard, or Batman, they might become the butt of jokes from other children. Does anybody think that this might become a problem? Or that perhaps the other kids will recognize the infinite badassery of those names and bow down?

I have a saltwater tank with live rock a hermit crab and a choc. chip star, I recently noticed tiny what looks to be star fish on the fake plant leaves. I just wondered if anyone knew where they may have came from the look like what I believe is called brail star fish... They are so small and light that the current from the filter will blow them away and kill them... I have noticed from what i have seen so far about 6-8 of them but some have dies from the current.. Also I have noticed tiny what looks to be shrimp or bugs that look to be eating the shedding from my crab is this cause we have not had fish in the tank in so long?
