Here's the deal: my friend doesn't eat healthily. We hang out a lot, and he usually only eats a small meal a day (if even that much.) He's had this lifestyle for months... so how is he not dead?
He takes Vitamin B, Vitamin C, and some sort of multivitamin. Also, it's not uncommon for him to sometimes eat salt to keep up his blood pressure. He's also muscular everywhere, but he doesn't go to a gym or anything.
Can someone explain how this is possible? Is that really a safe alternative to not eating? What could go wrong?
