I have a Fever and more Cowbell maybe the only cure.

We have a 9-month-old puppy and we think he has Kennel Cough. We are not completely sure how he may have come in contact with it but he fits all the symptoms. The list of symptoms he has shown (yesterday and today) are: constant sneezing, coughing, gagging, retching (trying to vomit) and a small amount of foam expelled after coughing. These seem to come in spells that only last a few seconds (except for the sneezing which is through out the day). Once the spell is over he goes back to normal activity. He is still eating, drinking and playing as usual. He does seem to be sleeping more then he normally does though.
We are going to call our vet in the morning and see what their opinion is but we are wondering what the treatment will be.
So, if anyone has ever had a puppy or adult dog that was diagnosed with Kennel Cough, could you please detail what the treatment was? I am just curious what he will be in for when we visit the vet's office.

PC came brand new with XP Home pre-installed. But I installed Vista instead and now for some reason when I try to re-install XP after resetting the PC to install it from there (since I wont be able to do it while windows is running) I get the blue screen just when it finishes loading setup files and says Starting Setup at the bottom. I even tried a different hard drive and still same problem.. Only one i can install over n over again is Vista! Any1 knows whats up with this?

I took out an 11 thousand dollar loan to finance my startup business, I wanted to be an entrepeneur and developed great products, a website, bought advertising, created catalogs, but nothing has been selling. I work endlessly until the wee hours of the morning trying and work a full time job, and am always so tired.

Now all the money is gone, I am in debt and feel terrible about it. I wanted this busines as a way to support myself as a military wife (soon to be married) so that I could raise my own future children. I know that entrepenuership is for me but the more I try, the more it dosen't work. I need a money miracle in my life to rescue me from seemingly oppressive debt and feelings of failure. Should I continue to have faith and believe the financial blessing will come or succumb to failure and pick up a couple more jobs to pay the debt off? My intention was to free myself from the opression of being employed by others. Why do I continue to fail? What am I doing wrong here?

Plenty of times I'd be at the movies or the bowling alley or somewhere, and I'll see a hot cute girl that gets my attention, and when she finally looks at me interestingly I may wave or smile or give her a nod, but after that she won't look any more and start giving me the cold shoulder, like I've done something to offend her. Why is it that just because a woman cares about what happens to her man, and says how she feels about something he is doing that's wrong, he gets defensive and says "you don't control me, I am a free man." My boyfriend likes to drink beer, I would go so far as to say he is a functioning alchoholic. He is pretty easy going as long as he stays strictly with beer, his tolerance for it is amazing, he could drink a case or more at a time and not even seem drunk. Anyway, he took another parttime job, he said, to stay busy so he wouldn't drink so much on the weekend, well the job is at a video store and one day he found out one of the employees drinks a few beers at work everyday, so then he started drinking at work, I said I think it is wrong to drink at work and he says I can't control him, so then he asked ME to bring him beer to work and I said NO, he got mad, said I am controlling him and I said no, I am controlling me, and I choose NOT to bring him beer at work. Am I right or wrong?

I have a weight room that was originally a full length back porch that was turned into a game room, and now a weight room where I lift weights and train for MMA. Its a long story about what happened, but the skinny of it is that the weight room has been flooded numerous times over the years because it is 6 inches lower than the house itself, and anytime the back porch flooded, the game room would flood. I have fixed the flooding problem by building a permenant trench that runs to the far corner of the back yard, its a covered trench, works wonderfully.

Anyways, as you could guess, over the years a serious amount of mold has built up because of the moisture. Now that I fixed that problem, how do I fix the mold problem. I cant even work out for the full amount of time needed because the mold makes me very light headed and nautious because I am allergic to it. Any advice on how I can fix this problem quickly?

so for the last 3ish years i'v thought alot about sucide. thoughts like "whats the ponit if we all die any way", some some-what morbid but realist kind of thoughts. but in october a 3 year relationship with my girlfreind ended... after that, all those sucidal thoughts became worse... (i'm not uneducated, i'v taken enought psycology classes to know i was depressed). i stated doing some really dumb stuff. 40+ cuts at one time, drinking while alone to the point of nearly passing out, took enought pain relavers in 20 mienuts to last me 4 days acording to the bottle. allll of that whent unnoticed by the other 5 people living in my 1.5 floor house. most of that lasted for a few months but ended.

my problem is i constantly feel the urge to cut myself. i nearly cry myself to sleep al msot every night for what seams like no aparent reason. i always feel like if i just grabbed that razor again everything would be better. what should i do? who can i call?

whenever someone posts out a joke about a black person, everyone else calls him a racist and says that he/she is discriminating a particular group of people..
but when someone posts out a "dumb blonde joke", everyone laughs,applauds, and give 2 thumbs up...isnt this just the same as the discrimination in black people?i just dont get why blondes being degraded to a cultural cliche? coz ive met some, okay, scratch that, A LOT of smart blondes before.. im just wondering..thanks..

I read often on this board comments like: "Why should I pay for healthcare for other people's children?" Or; "Poor people are poor because they are too stupid to earn a decent wage?" etc, etc, etc.
Comments like these go on and on. There has been a marked decline in empathy in the USA. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Ok so...my friend..she has long thick brown hair..she wants a perm!
