Ok, so it goes.... you'd think I'd have this down by now seeing she is my 3rd, but boy oh boy is she feisty and demanding. She's even more strong willed than my other two were at this age. I feel like I've met my match, my little twin. She was born on my birthday, March 14th. My dad told me when I was her age I used to hold my breath and turn blue when I would get mad. Last night she woke me up and decided she wanted to go into the living room at 2am. I said, "no go back to sleep". She threw the biggest tantrum for 20min. Do you think putting her in her crib when she throws a tantrum during the day is ok or will she then associate her crib with discipline? She's too little to stay in "time out" anywhere else. She sleeps with me at night because she's still nursing so she'll be sleeping with me until we're done with that. How do I deal with her tantrums, and how if possible can I avoid them?

you are called a Californian. If you are from New York, you are a New Yorker. If you are from Michigan, you are a Michigander. Then what do we call people from Utah? Idaho? Wyoming? Arkansas? Connecticut? Delaware? Illinois? Kasas? Maine? Massachusettes? New Hampshire? Ohio? Vermont?

If you can answer all of them, I'll give you 10 Points!

This is for Americans really. Did anyone here have a teacher that decided to skip it or gloss over it? And did anyone have a science teacher that tried to teach creationism?

I'm British btw. I understand what the law is in America but I'm just wondering how it works in practice. What was your experience?

I have been having a pressure/painful sensation when urinating. It is worse at the end to the point where I have to stop and start the flow. I have mentioned it several times to my doctor and he checked me for yeast infection, BV, bladder infection and I don't have any of those. He said it probably is just a symptom of the pregnancy and my uterus on my bladder. But would it start this early. I am just over 18 weeks and this has been a problem for weeks now. It is getting very annoying and uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this happen?

I have been doing ballet for many, many years now and about a month ago I noticed a bruise type thing under my nail on my second toe - a few weeks passed and then I noticed it was spilt in the middle!

I highly doubt that it's my pointe (ballet) shoes so I suspect I kicked it against something without realizing it.

It doesn't hurt, but it is only halfway on now and I see it lifting a bit. I don't know if I should pull it off, leave it and just cut it off when enough grows back, or just wrap it.

I don't want it to intefere with my dancing but if there's no choice then I guess I'll have to get over it. Any adivce?

Thanks

Im 25 and having a real hard time finding attractive women. im decently good looking, intelligent and charming, of course not perfect, im kinda shy when first meeting people.
I dont go to college and my job is filled with people who is a lot older than i am. I tried match.com but as you know is a scam since most of the people who cantact you dissapear after you've paid your next suscription. The other personal websites that i know ( including yahoo personals) most of the time feauture women who are not appealing at all. Some people say; "Go and meet women in the real world" but this is just plain stupid, how are you suppossed to go and say hi to a complete stranger?? I mean is frustrating since the only places where you can meet someone seem to be school or work.
I was considering myspace since there is plenty of pretty girls there who are single . What do you think?
Please dont reply saying that im superficial, you cant blame for trying to find someone i feel attracted to.

I personally think there is no need for a child that young to become familar with weapons, much less introduced to them. Not that I haven't shot a firearm, but I'm not a child. Is this a normal belief?

My class went on a field trip via train. We are college students and the tickets we had didn't have reserved seats, thus allowing us to sit where we pleased. So, this guy from my class sat by me on the way there. We spoke for almost the whole 3 hr. ride about ourselves, our goals, and all that stuff. We hung out together the whole day, and he sat by me again on the way back. He was really tired and decided to sleep. He kept leaning on me as he was sleeping, and he had a lot of room left on his side. He woke up, and I told him he was taking up half of my chair and laughed. He apologized and leaned away from me. Soon after, he was leaning on me. I began to stroke his fingers just to bother him since I was bored, and wanted to see if he was really sleeping. He then intwined our fingers and left them like that. At one point we let go, I think it was to get my phone our something. Anyway, when I was done, we held went back to holding hands. He "woke" up, and we spoke to
