Take out the "baby" part after the I love you.
Also, the Mom and Dad line is confusing, are you addressing her parents or yours?
Other than that its great!

Here is my edit, but before I give it let me say I think the theme is great and the spirit loving.
Don't speak for your bride, let her speak for herself to the crowd. You may also want to recognize the other members in the wedding party with a comment as well. That said, here goes:
"I would like to thank everyone for being here today. We know most of you chose to travel quite a long distance to be here, and we really appreciate personal investment in helping us celebrate the most important day of our lives. We hope that you are all enjoying this day as much as we are! I'd also like to thank everyone who has worked so hard to help make our wedding day as wonderful as it has been and the brides maids look so beautiful and the groomsmen, I've never seen you look so good -- you guys should try that look more often, you really clean up well!

"Jamie, I'm very proud to say, I'm your husband, the love of my life and my best friend" sounds like you are saying that YOU are the love of your own life and your own best friend.
Try:
"Jame, I'm very proud to call you my wife, the love of my life and my best friend."
