I am 16 years old and my friends and I have just been charged with misdemeanors for shoplifting at a Kohl's store in Minneapolis. I took about $60 worth of clothing and my friend only took about $10 of clothing. I have to go to court, but I don't know what to expect. Neither of us have ever been in trouble for anything. How much would our fines cost? What would they say or do in court? What would they end up giving us? Community service hours? Please help, I'm so nervous!

im 17 and my boyfriend is 18, we just started dating 3 weeks ago. he is a very nice person and is the most respectfull guy i know. problem is, he is WAY too nice and it gets annoying sometimes, he calls me too much, 5 times a day. tells me he misses me every three minutes, we use to have a lot to talk about but now...nothing, all he sais is i miss you..annoying. He tried to see me everyday. twice a day if possible. im not a virgin and he is, a week ago he told me ''ive waited 18 yrs and i am ready to give you my virginity'' never heard a guy say that kind of stuff. he CAME while i was hugging him. BAD. we have no communication nothing to talk about, no common friends, and i am starting to lose interest, he is very demanding and always asks me if i miss him more how much i like him. i feel like im in a relationship with a 15 yr old boy in a hurry to have the most serious passionate love in a week. all his friends tell me hes inlove with me. i told him i dnt fall inlove in 3 weeks.

Some people do others don't, what do you think? I don't think it's a sport, I always thought it was encouragement for real sports. (football, basketball, etc.) Sometimes even a distraction for those sports.

How tiny are you that you feel the need to get minimum wage schmucks in trouble for being less than ideal in an imperfect world? I'm always depressed & sad all the time. When I do get something good that makes me happy, people say, "Who cares?" or "& you're happy over THAT?" but then they get driven away when I'm not happy. It's like I don't have a right to have feelings, but if I were to feel numb, I'd be labeled as schizophrenic. People say I complain too much, but when I mention something that made me excited, people call me childish or immature or saying that me expressing my excitement is inappropriate behavior.
