No website will have as much info as a good book. I highly recommend The New Marine Aquarium by Michael S. Paletta. Microcosm Ltd. ISBN 1-890087-52-1 or The Conscientious Marine Aquarist by Robert M. Fenner. Microcosm Ltd. ISBN 1-890087-02-5
This is an excellet website and is run by the second author: http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ It has a decent index for finding topics and this has most of the basics: http://www.peteducation.com/index.cfm?cls=16 but I have yet to find one that contains all the info, and step by step instructions from either book.
You'll do best if you look at the material given from different websites, as some only contain info on methods or equipment from a particular point of view, whereas the books tend to be more unbiased and present all available info, leaving you to make your own decisions, based on the tank size, what you're keeping, budget, and your personal preferences.

ive answered many of your post and i know copperhead gave you a very detailed list already of what you will need to setup a marine aquarium. Now you just have to research and take the advice everyone has already given you numerous amounts of time on here. Copper head gave you a great book "the new marine aquarium" i have that book its very easy to read and understand as well as lots of pictures in it for the more visual learners. If you want to setup a marine tank than that is the book for you. People here have given you great advice and now you have to put it in motion.

Books go out of date, the internet dosn't
I had a good book on reef keeping 20 years ago and now it's a piece of CRAP.
Check out as many sites as you can and then ask questions about sites that contradict each other, you will probably get a good answer from people that are up to date on the subject.
Good luck and welcome to saltwater.
