I've asked many questions here about the lack of historical evidence for Jesus existing.

The same stuff always gets thrown forth: gospels, Josephus, Tacitus, Pliny the Younger.

Each time I point out the gospels are discredited (Just the fact that the first census in Judea happened years after Herod's death undermines their credibilty in two key areas. 1. The reason for going to Bethlehem. 2. Herod's order to kill the children forcing Jesus's family to flee to Egypt), The passages from Josephus (written in 92CE) appear to have been added by translators in one case and copied from another source (the same source used in Luke's gospel) in the other. Tacitus dosn't directly refer to a Jesus, and gets pilot's title wrong. Pliny the Younger just mentions christians, not Jesus.

Why does it seem that christians are unprepared to look objectively at the evidence and seriously examine wheter such a man existed beyond any reasonable doubt?

what are acting auditions like? i dont even know if im good at acting or not, so how do i become a better actress? also, i live in indiana. so how am i supposed to get an audition? anything else i need to know, please please help me! oh, and i am looking for television and movies rather than plays.

i buy bare minerals and LOVE it!
but, then i buy my eyeshadows, eye liners, etc from places like walmart.....or avon....

a friend teased me about this and i don't see anything wrong with it!

what do you think???

according to her, i should be buying MAC products!!! sorry, but im not spending $14 on eye liner!!! craziness!!

So I woke up on Tuesday night and my throat was killing me (to all the nasty minded people please don't reply with anything nasty) and I was hot but it was pretty cold in my house. My throat still hurts pretty bad today, and I don't have time to go by the doctor, and I went to get some medicine from the store yesterday but I didn't see anything for just a sore throat, it was flu & sore throat, severe cold, etc, etc. So what is the best thing to take or do to get rid of a sore throat? Thanks! :)

I am a 25 year old born again Christian but I am not a virgin, and I have chosen to abstain from sex until I'm married. I find it hard not to think about guys, and want to mess around with one in particular. I don't plan on having sex but I want so bad to do more than make out. It's hard not to want to do more since I already know how it feels. How do you prevent yourself from going too far? What advice do you have about remain faithful to God? I am nearly head over heels for a guy I work with. He looks at me, stares at me, laughs at my jokes, asks me silly things just to speak to me. He smiles at me a lot and we keep catching each other looking at each other. Yesterday we could not keep from smiling at each other but today he said morning and that was that. I took my daughter to her 2 month checkup. The doctor noted that her soft spot is EXTREMELY small and is closing too rapidly! Has anyone else experienced this?? Please tell me what it was like for you or for someone you know!

My best friend and I have gotten older, grown apart, and our friendship is breaking. We have been friends since we were 7. Now I am 13 years old and everything is different between us. I matured quicker than she has. She still likes to play with dolls. She loves to play stupid games still like, pretending to own a perfume shop, playing house, and crap like that. Over the past year or so, I have made a new best friend. The problem is that we all live on the same street. I think my new best friend likes to hang out with her too. I think she likes me better though. But behind the other girl's back she talks about her. And my old bff is on yahoo! answers and she is asking all these questions about her bff is being "replaced". I don't care if she replaces me, but it seems like she uses me when the other girl isn't around. We both like to play with the other girl though. I am afraid about what if the other girl starts liking her better.

Ok I'm new to the whole tax write-offs and so forth.

I had a question or two about this.

First can someone exlain to me breifly a little about them.

Second: I work 50 miles away from my home and i drive 100 miles a day just for work. WEll i bought a car mainly for this.
I financed a car out of my own pocket no company vehilcle and its main porpuse is for work. I was wondering if i save my payment receipts and stuff if i woud be able to write this off when i file my taxes next year? Also should i save my gas receipts for this too? Will this benefit me and what all will it do?
