He's 45 years old and seems to know absolutely nothing about it. And I do mean NOTHING. I've tried to talk to him about this, but nothing's changed. His idea of sex is just to penetrate. Nothing comes before that. It's really causing problems in our sex life. I'm beginning to wonder what his issue is with this. How can a 45 year old not understand anything about foreplay? He never touches, kisses or use his tongue on me anywhere. I know he's seen porno movies before (he told me) so how can he not understand what foreplay is all about or why it's important to a woman? I'm truly at a loss...don't know what to do. I'm afraid if I keep bringing it up, he's going to take it personally. On top of all this, he has a problem with performance anxiety. (At least that's what I think it must be.) He has a hard time getting an erection, and a worse time trying to keep one. I'm starting to wonder if he's even attracted to me at all. He says he is, but, the evidence...?

Redbull gives me an amazing boost, I can actually feel it working and it helps no end when I drive long distances. But I thought it was a little bad for me, so bought some Pro-Plus tablets which a dose of two tablets gives you around the same amount of caffeine as a Redbull, but after getting through most of the packet in the last few weeks, I've decided that eating TicTacs would probably do a better job! They're USELESS!! Why is this, when they say that a dose of two tablets gives you 100mg of caffeine? Give me Redbull anyday!!!

Okay so my and boyfriend have been going out for 1 yr & 18 months. Y-day I was just tellin him that I want to get my nails done but i haven't received my paycheck..so he said okay i will take u tomarrow to get your nails done so i said okay...and today we seen each other and did our thing which i meant by is sex...so then he tells me after that...that he is tired and will take me tomarrow and i judt didnt know what to say...he does this all the time only when he needs it he wants to see me but lyk whenever i ask him to take me somewhere he doesn;t but if he had to go with his friends he will...and he has this thing to stop me from breakin up with him which is crying whenever he cries i dono i just melt down like ice and just forgive him...i don't know what to do should i just wait till tomarrow and then ask him aboutt he plan or should i just yell at him today? what should i say or do?

I have been driving the same route to work for nearly 17 years. During that time I have thrown bottles, rope, food wrappers, boxes, cans, old newspapers, rags, wood, motor oil containers, old shoes and boots, and lots of other stuff out the window of my car. I had been singing for about an hour and a half when I noticed that while my lower notes (as in like I guess alto range) were strong, my higher notes were getting harder to hit. Any explanation for this? Was my voice strained? Afterwards I did a high scale and it sounded better, but still. Tips would be extemely helpful and if I think your answer helps than I will name a best answer.

Some companies offer a separate purchasing card and t&e card. If you don't have a t&e card, they want you to use your personal purchasing card for travel expenses and they will reimburse you after the trip. What is the logic behind this? Why do they not want you to use the purchasing card for your travel expenses directly related to work?
