"Snap out of it", "Get a life", "Get a grip", "Get ahold of yourself", "find a hobby", "go to church" (BARF), "It's not that bad", "let it roll off your back", "take it with a grain of salt", & the clincher "At least you're not crippled/ in a wheelchair, etc". Who ARE these people. Non-mentally ill people JUST don't get it. Y? Then they have to stereotype & stigmatize us. It's BS . Let me see a show of hands!
