1) the answer is A because 3y^2 - 4y - 20 = (3y -10)(y+2)
2)the answer is C because the highest number you can factor is 5 because it is divisible with 5, 15, and 25 and for the variables, always look which one is repeated in all and it has the lowest exponent number, so it is x and y^2
5xy^2(x^2y +3+5xy^2)
3) the answer is D because you can only have to number since it is missing a middle number and it is not a difference of squares, so you just factor 3 and you get 3(4x^2 - 7)
