what type of bra should i wear?

Im going into the 8th grade and i Just wear sports bras. The ones that are wide kind of like a swim suit. But it all depends on how big your chest is. I have a average size so im ok. But the only time i wear the normal kind is if i have a shirt that shows the straps. Just make sure you find one thats comfy for you and also hides your nipples. Sorry lol. But just make sure you have comfort in yours! The worst thing is walking around all day with an uncomfortable bra! Good Luck! Hope i helped xx

I had the misfortune of starting to develop in elementary school. I was in training bra's half of 4th grade and all of 5th. By 6th grade I was out of trainning bra's and wearing a B cup. If you talk to you mom she can take your measurements and find the right fitting bra for you.

try getting some sports bras' their the most comfortable when first starting out. Also, if you need to get measured go to Victoria secrets because then you wont feel embarrassed everyone will be doing it there and everyone is looking for bras or panties no embarrassment

A bra that fits probably a sports bra or a training bra or even a camisole

Find out your chest size. Run a measuring tape directly underneath your breasts, all the way around your back and ribcage. Write down your measurements. Now, add 5 inches and that's your chest size!
Find out your cup measurements. Run the measuring tape along your breasts at their fullest point (usually the middle) and write down your measurements.
Note the difference between your cup measurements and your chest measurements (your cup measurements will be larger).
Based on the number that represents the difference between your measurements, you will find you true cup size. Use the following guide to determine:
up to 1/2 inch = AA
1/2 to 1 inch = A
1 inch to 2 inches = B
2 to 3 inches = C
3 to 4 inches = D
4 to 5 inches = DD/E and so on...

Well since you are only 12 you should try to get a t-shirt bra or a padded sports bra.

It depends on your chest size. If you have a mom that is available to help you choose, I'd ask her. If not, maybe an older sister, cousin, or friend could help. Some stores have people who will fit you for a bra as well.

Depends...do you really need one? Maybe a sports bra is you do not show. Then, go to just any bra for teens. You may have to try one on to be sure. Walmart has a lot of them! :)

Measure yourself, when I was 12 I got soft-cup bras (no underwire) or simple sports bra types that look smooth under your shirt.
