No piercings look sexy on women. Absolutely none. Sexy is how nature made them. Earings are the least repulsive since they don't stand for anything but all other piercings are either an act of rebellion or a signal of sexual promiscuity e.g. eye brow piercings tend to be worn by goth and rocker types who want to say they're 'alternative' and not sheep; nose piercings are, in western women at least, either a sad attempt to tap into indian culture or an indicator of rebellion e.g. punks.
Tongue piercings are an obviously sexual piercing - no other interpretation can be made of these; comments about felatio have been made loudly and often enough by easy women. Note too that unlike with women, it's exceedingly rare to find a man who has only a tongue piercing alone i.e. it's not something that men have done except those who are massively into piercing. Navel piercings are trashy too, popularised when crop tops first became fashionable (an item typically worn by women going out to attract men) an image that was taken to a 'Nasty' level by Christine Aguilera, who openly admits to being promiscuous. Nipple and/or labia piercings are obviously the most trashy of all, requiring perfect strangers to see and touch what are supposed to be a woman's private parts. What kind of a man wants an obvious and constant reminder that his girlfriend is 'known' like that by other guys or that she is the type of grl who is happy to strip for anybody?
Besides, certain parts of a woman's body are parts that a man wants to kiss and caress - why would he want a mouthful of metal and jewels? Whatever makes a women think this is attractive? If men liked jewelry so much, they'd be forever buying it for themselves and adorning their homes with it etc. so they could look at it. They don't! Men want to see *women*, not piercings. Most men only tell you they think it's great in the same way they'll always tell you your dress looks great - it's not because they're really bothered - they just know it's what women like to hear - and that once they've heard that, they're more likely to put out!

I would have to say the belly button...a long dangling piercing resting on your tummy with a great shirt always looks fantastic.

For the face. Have a nose peircing or more preferrably, a peircing near the top side of the lip.

Definitely a nose stud (not a ring though) - no other piercings do it for me, and that includes ears!

the tongue or the "Monroe" (stud above the upper lip,to the side,like Marilyn's beauty mark). Nose rings are cute on some girls too.

Lip and/or tounge. Also, I don't find clit piercings sexy, and I doubt many men do. Its like saying "I am so used up that my vagina no longer feels sensitivity." Yeah that's hot :P
