If I file a workers compensation claim and I decide this job is to much for is the employeer still responsible for paying for medical care after I leave. Like this is my second claim I had surgery on the first one and just had to file another one. I just begun to go to the doctor but I seriously want to find something not so hard on my body. Will workers compenstaion still pay or should I consult an attorney.

I listen to the world service if I cant sleep and apparently they are going to serialize a Salmon Rushdie novel...... do they want to start a war. Is this proof that they are just a mouthpiece for the English establislishmeant who've already made him a sir.

this helps keep me focused when praying, I do : Adoration of God, Confession of sings, Thanksgiving to God and Supplication for others and me, I have a hard time doing Sups last, but I love it.

I always feel invisible when im around my friends.
like people dont make a effort to be my friend or anything.
& im just not there if i dont bother.
I'm like so not ugly or anything.

am i depressed.. how do you overcome this feeling?

Science is based on facts, and testable data. There are huge holes in the fossil records, and 'missing links'. It is all conjecture. I understand that you state it as fact because it is the best that you have got. However, until you provide evidence it will remain a theory.
We have the fossils of dinosaurs which lived way before these so called 'transitional animals'. Where are their fossils (the few proved fakes will not do!)
Quite frankly it's embarrassing. "

Catholics, you can say that Religion is a fact as many times as you want, until you provide evidence it is not.

due to the floods our water rates are to go up to pay for the damage & to pay for restructuring of the water systems..
what i want to know is why are an overwhelming majority of people going to pay for those that "choose" to live near rivers..(and they happen to be mostly the rich).
its not the fault of tewkesbury etc.as these were freak conditions & the flood plains have to be more protected in the future
however the water companies are going to charge more for droughts and water shortage as well !!
whats going on?
arent we meant to pay for the services we use.a local "tax"?as opposed to a national one?
and isnt it the responsibility of governments/councils to bear the repsonsibility, not the tax payer as they have the say where houses are built.
governments make decisions on our taxes...didnt we ought to have more say in government expenditure?like defence?
we are a small country with big problems trying to act like a large rich country that can afford to pay for big problems

Why does West Virginia's football program always end up ranked so highly in the preseason polls? They have some good quality players but they always come up short. I don't have anything against WV but why would someone like rivals rank them at no. 2 to begin the season? I bet they wouldn't be ranked so highly if they were in the Big Ten, ACC, or SECC...

I have my final walk through on my first home and am wondering what I am supposed to do. I know to test appliances, windows, doors, lights, etc., but what about things I find unsatisfactory. For example, there is trash in the shed that I want removed prior to closing - how do I ask for this? Do I ask for money back or demand it be done? What about smoke alarms - there are none in the house - can I ask that these be installed before closing?
