this helps keep me focused when praying, I do : Adoration of God, Confession of sings, Thanksgiving to God and Supplication for others and me, I have a hard time doing Sups last, but I love it.

I pray ACTS this way:
Adoration: Praise and worship of God
Confession: Confessing that I am the righteousness of God and have His adundance of grace to reign in life.
Thanksgivings: Thanking God for the things His words have done in my life and others' lives I am praying for
Supplication: Supplication in the Spirit and praying out the words the Spirit gives me to pray.

Yeah I do.When it comes to supplication I have a whole list that i pray for.Church then politics,family,friends,unsaved(Including the atheists here at yahoo) and then personal prayers.

No, but I have modeled quite a few prayers after the Lord's Prayer. (Just paraphrase each line and apply it to your life or whatever you're praying about.)
