It is always Half FULL if given to me ... if I have though a full glass of water and I drink half of it , it then is half empty ...

( I just wonder if that is a perception of what I do ... if I do something I am not confident/negative.. IF i am given something .. say an opportunity .. I am grateful/appreciative)

sorry sounds silly but I just wondered why a glass that had the same amount would differ in my mind .( lol If that makes sense)

The question should read, "Do you regard a glass of water as full or half empty?" My answer is, does it matter?

Glasses look better when half full. The symmetry between the upper and lower halves is pleasing, and allows the colour of the liquid to be better appreciated. Especially when the liquid is scotch.
Half full glasses are also easier to handle, much less chance of spillage.

Half full if I didn't yet drink from it, but half empty if I have been drinking from it.
