WHEN RUNNING WEAR A SPORTS BRA THAT WILL HOLD YOUR BREAST CLOSER TO YOUR BODY TIGHTLY. ALL WOMEN'S BREAST BOUNCE WHEN THEY RUN. AN UNDRWIRE IS JUST FOR LIFT SUPPORT.

the best thing to do when running is to where a sports bar and a camisole. Together they should not bounce as much as a regular bra!

Try a sports bra, or maybe you need a different size. And to chocoholic's point, the thing about underwires and cancer is a MYTH. Please don't freak out.

You are in the wrong size bra. Get sized at Nordstroms/Sears/JCPenney (NOT victoria secret, they size wrong).

Find a bra that makes you not bounce. You may need a regular and a sport bra.
