I've been doing an hour of cardio every day since Monday- 15 minutes of stepping and 45 minutes of elliptical trainer at target heart rate. I've also watched my diet, eating about 2,200 calories a day (white meat, no fat, a lot of salad, etc...) And I've just weigthed myself to find that my weight hasn't changed. I also don't feel any change (in appearance or pants size). I'm very, very disappointed (seeing as I hate cardio) and am wondering if perhaps cardio is not for me and maybe i should be doing something else.
Dancing? Kickboxing? Those are my two available options. Maybe they would work better. Along with weight training.
