How do you curb your appetite during PMS? I am usually very and I mean VERY hungry during this time and nothing satisfies me. I try to eat healthy like apples, nuts, bananas, etc. But, yet this doesn't work. So, I was wondering what do you do? I mainly crave salty foods.

For meals, eat something very heavy like oatmeal, to hold you over longer. Inbetween snack on foods like trail mix that have a lot of carbs and good fats to help you not be hungry.

What I do is realize that food is money and I don't have enough money to be eating more than I need to, so I ignore being hungry moreso during my period so that I don't eat everything in the house. Drinking a lot of water helps so that your stomach has something in it.

I get mad salt cravings around my period, too. And bad girl that I am, I go with them. But luckily, I don't have the bloating issue.

You could try mixing your salty not-so-healthy food with something healthy, such as peanut butter on crackers or with sliced apples.

Uhhh same here! I always find something to do that requiries full attention. I go on a walk leaving the house. Or go ride my horse at the barn. Read a book, find a new game to do. Or almonds help get rid of hunger.

Water....drink lots and LOTS of water. It gives you a full feeling and is easily burned away.
