Can anyone tell me some exercises i can do that will help me lose belly fat and the fat in my legs. (mostly belly fat though) They can be for either or both.

I can't spend any money on equipment like treadmills or gym memberships or anything like that.

So can anyone help me find some fun exercises that will trim down my belly quickly (or leg fat)? Oh, and preferably, they be inside, but if you have a really good idea that's outside, go ahead and tell me, you and i don't have anything to lose.

Question Details: we have been dating for more than a month, but as we are 2 hours away and I dont have a car, we only meet up at weekends. We agreed that we dont see other people as we are building up this relationship, he said that Im smart and beautiful, and he likes me. He told me he is not interested in short term, so he is only looking for long term relationship. I know Im having a deep crush on him, but Im trying not to show it up too obviously. He seldom call me on week days, although we have some language barrier(not too big) as he is white and Im asian. he didnt reply my call last night till now. and I didnt call him again.
I know my strong feeling for him, but maybe he merely likes me other than loving me? bcos I suppose he would contact me more if he misses me everyday. also, is love and like very different? he never said he loves me.

He told me that him and his wife were not having sex, things weren't good, & sleepn on the couch currently and for a year prior to me meeting him. At the 2 year point, I read in print that him and his wife had a baby. He has not admitted to me the truth. He says he wants to get a divorce because he's not happy with her. I asked to see the separation papers, that he said he filed. Now, 10 months have passed and still I haven't seen any papers. He has told me that he loves me and wants to be w/ me and how he wants us to have a future together. He tells me that he puts me number one, however, many days & nights I sat here waiting and waiting. No pr Something he said "he wanted". How do i get over the hurt, anger, pain, betrayal, and emotional and spiritual heartache when he vowed so much to be open and I naively feel in to web of deception? Haven't talked to him in a little over a week, and he has made absolutely no effort to call. WHAT IS HE SAYING?HELP!!

I have a computer and a laptop. They both say the same things except the laptop works. Everything is connected but it still says "Network cable is unplugged"! Could there be another reason to why it's not working??

I don't really know much about global warming and am trying to find out more...
Since global warming is being caused by an increase in temperature which melt glaciers and causes other problems...how is it connected? A rise in sea level is bad right? Couldn't we send excess water to other uninhabited planets? Taking it further could be send garbage to other planets? What would be the advantages, disadvantages?

I would like for Christians to respond...please!
Let me explain myself. My husband was working for a company that recently went out of business. Also, my husband and I went through a seperation for 8 months and I was seriously contemplating divorce. During the time of seperation, my husbands ex-boss and I developed a non-sexual relationship...feelings got involved. I have since repented and my husband and I are working on our marriage.

Recently I had a dream that I was at my husband's old job and was walking down the hall. When I was just outside of the ex-boss' (the one I got involved with) office I began to float up to the ceiling (levitate). However, when my husband came down the hall; I came back down to the ground.

Can anyone give me an explanation to what this may mean.

I love the book, it was great! I couldnt wait to see the movie and then I saw it and I was really disappointed. I mean it was good but nothing compared to the book and not really as good as the other movies. They really left a lot out and I know they cant fit everything fromt he book into a 2 hour long movie but still. And I hated the changes they made (ie. Cho being the rat and not having the DA list curse)

I'm 21 y/o and I never filed taxes before. The reason being is because people have told me it wasn't neccessary since I'm a student. I've worked plenty of jobs from the age of 16 up unitl now. Every job I've had I always filed exempted except for probably one job. I decided I was going to file my taxes this year since I have a child thats due in Sept. and I can claim her. Right now I'm working on an internship that pays pretty good and I had a job earlier this year with a Mortgage company but they're closed down for business, which means at the end of the year I will only recieve 2 income tax returns. If I file this year, do you think I will owe the IRS any money from the previous years and if so how much?? I don't want to claim my child then have the govr'n take away my whole refund.

One more thing....Am I eliglible for a refund if I filed exempt with my internship?? I didn't file exempt with the Mortgage company but I was only there for about 2 months total.

her husband was coming on to me one night when we were very intoxicated; so I reciprocated, however it stopped before anything really happened. He came over to my house, he asked if he could and he brought alcohol, none of this was my idea.She was out of town during this time and he has since told her what happened. She won't even let me speak my side of the story. Of course, she wants to blame it all on me so she doesn't have to deal with his quilt in this. Nothing had ever happened before between us, EVER. Now my 2 other children believe whatever it is that she's saying also and they are angry with me too.

The funny thing is that my close friends who I've told about it say I'm not at fault. I really am responsible for some of it, but please tell me if there's anything I can do to get her to listen or talk to me?

I am now 3 weeks late for my period, but i take (Zovia) birth control pills everyday. I called my doctor and she said that it is normal for some women not to get there period while on the pill she said that it is called a dry month. But i have had my period on time for the last 2 1/2 years without a dry month except for now. Is it even possible to be pregnant?

Whats the difference between a childrens edition and the adults one ??? I have always brought the Childrens Harry Potter books not knowing any difference but just seen on Amazon they either do childrens edition or adults ????
