Yeah, none of the inside is changed, it is just the cover pictures... I have always bought the children's copy too... So i have Deathly Hallows in children's edition to keep the same theme throughout... And yes, the children's edition still has a naughty word in it...

There is no difference apart from the front cover. They were brought out so that adults could sit and read them on public transport without looking like they were reading a children's book

Well they are the same. Except for the cover.
The theory was that adults would be embarassed to read what appeared to be a child's book, so by slapping a more mature-looking cover on it would appeal to the adult audience more.
