1) Yes, I have a faith, though not a religion, and I believe it is worthwhile.
2) I try to practice my faith on a daily basis, though sometimes it is hard.
3) I do so by contributing materially to the betterment of my fellow beings.
4) Since my faith is integral to my personality, I would have to say no, it has not changed me from the inside out.
5) I support my faith with my money, my sweat, my time, my effort, my home, my lands, and all.
6) See above.
Getting to the end of your little questionnaire, I suspect that you are talking about tything to an organized church, am I correct? I do NOT do that, simply because I believe that God is all-powerful and has no need of either my money, or the intercession of some dogmatist to hear my prayer.
Cheers.

I once was a child and needed someone to hold my hand and give me instructions for everything. Now I'm grown up and know that God is there to help me if I fall down or get lost. Otherwise, I live and learn and do my best to benefit the world with my God given gifts.
Whenever I do go to a church I only contribute money if I think that the money is going to the right source and not just to make the pastor more rich. Too much corruption. Otherwise I just give them pocket change and let the energy flow. I like it much better when I am asked to give as my heart dictates instead of having the plate put in my face with everyone staring.

If worth means the value of my faith in my opinion then it's priceless.
Money has nothing to do with faith anymore than money has to do with raising a child. There's no amount of money I'd spare to help my children and there's no price tag that could estimate their value to me.
My faith values communion as when two or more are gathered there also is Christ but my faith holds that all religions are mud traps for the souls of men.
In part I'm similar to clergy but even if I become completely dependent on believers I'd never seek tax exemption since ALL money is part of the world and I don't believe what I believe to enhance my wallet. I store up better treasures in places beyond corruption.
Blessed Be!

Yes I do, I live it every day. I start my day off everyday with prayer and reading. I attempt but fail many times to reflect the light of My God, to be a better person to these who I meet and I know have needs. I cant list the ways I have been changed. The words I use, the TV like, the values I have, the places I go, the people I associate with, the list is endless, as far as tithing, we are taught that 10% is just part, we are to tith our time as well, that ends up being just over 4 hours a day giving to our Lord, not just in prayer, but in practial issues as well, and there are many many needs.

I think so. I do practice it daily in thought, word, and deed. It has helped me to learn more about myself and has changed my life for the better by teaching me that I'm stronger than I thought and have the power to manifest my own will. My religion doesn't require followers to donate $ or spend money to be a member of the temple. But I have contributed to temple-sponsored fund raisers and projects because I believe in the work we're doing.

Definitely. I am a Heroic Path pagan and belong to a group that uses mythic initiative to do good in the world. I am involved with literary, self-esteem, and empowerment programs and encourage others to become active in their communities. I support my group with all the energy I can muster as well as our own money.
The group, by the way, is non-denomination. We believe that an individual's spirituality is one of the things that inspires him/her to achieve great things. We work side by side with all different pagan groups, Wiccans, Christians, Jews, etc. for the common good. That kind of co-operation and fellowship is worth having!

I am a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. More about it can be found on a yahoo search. I give a lot of my time but my monetary giving isn't where I'd like it to be. I happen to have a lot of debt/expenses, so giving has been difficult.
It has completely shifted my perspective toward the holiness of Christ, our sinfulness and the righteousness of Christ.

First believe you were made in the image of Christ. Try and locate that image within yourself. Go find out some more about who your creator is. Then ask him for what you want. Then retrace your steps whenever you need anything.

Yes. I'm Pagan. I practice when I mediate and when I jog or walk the pets. It's all about change, and self-awareness. I often use ritual to mark changes in my life, or to remind myself of things I would like to see change. It makes me happy to see my progress as I mature emotionally and mentally.
The money I spend is for herbs, candles and books. I consider it well worthwhile.

humm... I belive what I know to be true, not what someone else tells me. I do my part, I take care of the earth in all ways I know how (ethical vegan lifestyle, eco-friendly and bio-degradible cleaning and hygene products) which is important to my religious belifes, and should be to others. my belife are worth having because they make a change for our world, plants, animals, and people living in it.
