that all depends on your insurance. for example, where i work, the hospital is catholic religion and they wont pay for birth control or tubals or vasectomies, but they will pay for a reversal. so you need to ask your insurance company.

I wouldn't think so. Vasectomies and vasectomy reversals are both entirely elective and not medically necessary.

No, and the state won’t pay for it either. You will have to save up betwen 5 and 10 grand. Also your partner better be ready for a painful operation. It is not simple, like a vasectomy.

No because it was a voluntary procedure to start with. Heck, most insurance plans won't even cover fertility treatment for people who involuntarily suffer from infertility!
