Well, first off all,why don't they notice you,it can be the way you look, guys definitely look at cute, or somewhat sexy girls, not to say that you aren't, but I am a guy and I should know, Sometimes just changing the way your hair looks, or changing your makeup. Don't ever think dressing less is going to help, you'll probably get more att, but I promise you it wont be the attention your looking for. Just don't ever try to hard, The lesser you want to be noticed, the more you will be. Some time or another you'll get the guy who likes you just for who you are...

Talk to the guy.
It really is that simple. You don't need tricks or lines. And do yourself a huge favor and laugh at anyone suggesting you flirt or give some crazy hint or sign.
Also please ignore anyone who suggests "it's the guys job to approach you". They're saying you should sit and do nothing and somehow the guy will magically appear. Would you follow that for anything else you wanted? Of course not and it's terrible advice for this also.
Just go talk to him.

Truth is that a girl can give you a BETTER answer to this than a guy can. So I wouldn't limit my sources!
In any case, I personally suggest three things:
1. Talk to guys! Sitting around waiting for them to come to you is counter-productive. It is not the 1950s anymore.
2. Be confident! The more confident you are, the more noticeable you are.
3. Be yourself! If you fake it, you may attract guys... but you'll never meet the one for you.

Wear skanky cloths. I don't mean like, s-l-u-t, but a girl with a little skin gets my attention (at least for a moment), every time, a flirty good-hearted girl gets me to approach them
