I have a 2005 Honda Pilot. I have a lease. It ends in 5 months.
I just hit the milage allowed for the lease. The dealer wont give me anything for it...The lease says that I have to pay 20K if I decide to buy it. The Blue Book value on the car is 25K. I put it on autotrader to sell it for $25K. I have gotten 2 calls from websites that "promise" to sell my car in 2 weeks (90 days-money back guarantee) for $169.00. Has anyone ever used a site like this? Is it a scam? I haven't gotten any calls on the auto trader ad---also yahoo cars---and it cost me $25.00

I recently had an interview with a Real Estate office and he told me that I would have to give up my rights as a loan officer if I was to work at his company and if I should ever leave there I wouldn't be able to work as a loan officer or Admin Assist. for a Real Estate office for another 3 years. Can they do that??

Do you know Bush is taxing us more than we think he is. How? not directly but rather by indirect means. While inflation looks like it is normal government is printing more money than it ever was. As you know a euro is one of the most stable currency in the world and was about .80 cents in 2000 now costs almost $1.48. I am hoping as educated citizens you know the gold value is rising ever since paper money came to existance, But I want you to look at the pattern. http://goldprice.org/gold-price-history.... In year 2000, 68 cents were equal to one canadian dollar now it is almost 89 cents. that is about 20 cents/dollar. means in canadian currancy if you were making a $100000 a year now you are making only $80000. If you will say well it dosnt show up in price. Then the reality is food prices and basic expenses are going up. Elctronics and bigger purchases like houses and cars hasn't went up. So do you think the tax cuts were real?

my boyfriend has done things to betray my trust in the past, talked to ex's behind my back, had a flirting problem a few years back, lied about people he had sex with that he was still hanging out with, etc..

my question is.. how am I supposed to just.. trust him? I have jealousy issues now, and I can't help it.. he expects me to just forget everything he has done and start with a clean slate..

i've never done anything to betray his trust, especially anything dealing with unfaithfulness.. now he's never cheated, and it's not that i'm worried about that, but i'm more so worried that he'll revert back to his flirting days or talk to ex's on the phone.. btw i caught him in all of these, he never fessed up, so i also realize he has honesty problems.. and i feel like by getting caught.. he is simply learning how not to get caught next time.

how do i trust him now? it causes issues in our relationship and i hate it.. I want to let it go, but it's to hard.

I have a regular algae eater (the kind you can get a the local pet store that costs no more than $3). One of my gold fish died and before I could take it out of the tank the algae eater started to eat it. Is this normal or do I need to get special food for the algae eater?

I have been having trouble with a tree removal company.They were supposed to remove the larger logs and cut some of the smaller branches into manageable size for a log splitter to cut the wood for my fire place.I was quoted a price to cut the wood and leave the log splitter but the person that quoted me the cost is unavailable and now the people say that it is not enough money for the work.They have yet to finish the cutting but did leave the log splitter on my property.It's been weeks now and I want the job finished as my property is a mess.Can they go past my no trespassing signs and small fence to retrieve the log splitter.They have already been paid in full (my stupid mistake for believing they were men of their word) So far they have made no attempt to finish the job. They screen out my calls but they do answer after numerous attempts and always have an excuse they have not shown up.Can they pass my small fence and no trespassing signs to retrieve their equipment?

Is breaking one rule okay if it helps you better abide by another rule? For instance, I broke the law of chastity and might be pregnant, so therefore I've been better adhering to the word of wisdom. No drinking, less smoking and less caffeine. Do you consider it a good thing if you do something that wouldn't neccisarrily be good, and therefore it's making you a better person? I'm 16 and I love to read. I've recently gotten interested in classic literature from the Victorian Era, such as Frankenstein, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, although I've only actually read Alice in Wonderland.
