Have you ever ended a friendship you later regretted?

yeah not to long ago i ended my friendship with one of my best friends and who wouldve thought down the line that they wouldve died and id be there at the funeral little less than a month later i guess we shouldnt ever blow things out of porportions with friends that are close to us cause you never know

Yes. It's not so much the friendship I regretted, it was what happened when I tried to get out of the friendship.

well...i might sound different but yes, i did regret several i let go. But then later i guess i realized i did the best thing. Because, they had changed so much, i didn't recognized them anymore. We were different ppl by then and things seemed to have gotten worst between us and it didn't seem like we were happy with each other as friends. So i let them go again. we haven't spoke since.

I have. And it's one of the FEW regrets I've known. Because good friends are a LOT harder to find- than they are to lose.... :(

My best friend all thru high school, (someone I got into fights to protect,) sided with my ex-husband, when we divorced...even tho she didn't know the whole story! I haven't seen/talked to her since...with friends like that, who needs enemies?

Not really because my true friends just don't depart. My true friends stay around for life, that's how you determine your true and not true friends.
