You should have received this documentation when you completed your apprenticeship (I assume in 1982) ....

... so I assume you have lost the original and now need copies ?

Unless the Company was taken over, I doubt if its records still exist.

Since your apprenticeship will have been in a recognised Trade, the Company should have registered you with the appropriate Trade Body / Trades Union.

NB. apprenticeships are Government controlled, so there should also be some central register ..
