Because the economy was starting to tank right at end of Clinton's time in office and the Democrats didn't want to take the hit they ran such a bad campaign Gore lost to Bush. Even their pseudo questioning of the Florida count didn't make sense. They were by law granted an automatic recount of the entire state and they chose to cherry pick recounts ONLY where they already had a wide margin didn't make sense.

Democrats have complained about Bush's handling of the economy since day one and yet the market has been repeatedly hitting all time highs.

Sooner or later the market will take a big hit. It won't be Bush's fault if it happens on his watch. He doesn't actually control the economy anyway. But if the economy stays good through most of next year will they run another bad campaign so their person doesn't get elected again?

Is this a myth? I understand somewhat the physics behind falling from heights, but this sounded ridiculous when I was a kid, and sounds even more ridiculous now.

i told her i like her im almost positive she likes me but shes shy but still playing games with me. should i say im over her and see if she cares or will that make her say "theres no hope now" and forget about me? i tried to hook her up with a friend of mine and she got so mad she blocked me online and wouldnt talk to me because i called and my friend didnt answer and she knew he didnt answer no big deal? but she flipped out. is that a sign she likes me? she was sayin how hot he was so to see if she was trying to make me jealous i sed do u want me to hook u guys up? she sed k i sed ur sure? she sed yea but after i called him and sed he didnt answer she flipped out and wouldnt talk to me at all for a day then now everytime i talk to her she seems mad. the reason i tried to hook her up with my friend is because she sed hes "hot" but i think she was saying it to make me jeoulous and she's playing games. i asked her if i should still try and she sed she doesnt know and wants to be friendsshe is shy though im not sure if she meant what she sed she never opens up about aything especially about that. maybe she just wants to get to know me better?

So I met this French guy...he was so cute. I slept with him like an idiot. This happened twice, and the last time we hung out he was acting distant...I asked him if he wanted dinner, wanted to go to a bar..different things to do during the week. He WANTED me to show him around. Well, then I realized he was posting online ( i met him online) for someone else! I emailed him telling me I wish he was honest with me, and he replied he has, he has just been busy. So then I replied to his ad with a fake email that I had several years back. Of course it was him! I deleted it, but now I want to really email him and tell him what a liar he is and that he was just using me for sex and showing him around! Ugh!!! But I don't want to be psycho...someone dissuade me!

A couple went horse back riding on their honeymoon. While they were riding the wife's horse trips and throws her on the ground. The husband walks up to the horse looks it in the eyes and says "that's one". The wife gathers herself together and get back on the horse. futher up the hill, her horse trips and throws her again, the husband walk up to the horse looks it in the eyes and says "that's two". Further up the hill the horse throws the wife again, and the husbands pulls out a gun and shoots the horse dead. The wife was shocked and started screaming at the husband for shooting the horse. The husband walk up to her look her in the eyes and says "that's one".

The Big Bang was basically a enormous explosion I'm guessing which sent debris shooting in every direction, so what are the odds that all the planets of this solar system and all of the planets moons are going the same direction around the sun and planets on basically the same plane? Why isn't there one going the opposite direction or at a 6 to 12 rotation while the earth is at a 3 to 9 rotation! I really don't know the answer and if one of you can explain it to me with out calling me stupid I'll be surprised!

I was joking around with my best friend (we're 13), who is 6 months older than me. You know how friends aren't exactly polite to each other all the time? When I said something to her (i forgot what it was) she just said, "Respect your elders," as a comeback. Haha.
So does a few months count? A few years? Or what exactly makes a person an elder?
