Judging from the one's on here and those I have met, I would guess less than about 5%. The percentage of atheists who have read it would be much higher. Most Christians have likely read some of it but only the parts they were told to by their churches.

Too small a percentage. Every Christian should be striving to make themselves familiar with the book. But too many would not even be able to find the division between the Old and New testaments.
Of course, how many Americans could not recognize the Peramble of the Constitution? How many people could not explain the theory of gravity? How many people have not read a book (which did not contain Harry Potter) in the last five years? How many people could not name the Speakers of the House?
Ignorance of a subject does not make the subject invalid. Gravity does not stop working just because we can't explain it. But without some understanding of it, we would never be able to invent an airplane.
Too many Christian place themselves in the position where they are affect by Christianity, but have no clue how to "use" it. And so they can not defend it, they do not get their prayers answered (if they even pray), and they are too easily sucked into crazy ideas like God wants to launch a Crusade or burn infidels.
But then, ignorance in all the other areas can be just as dangerous.

I try to read at least 10 chapters a day. That would make it possible to read through the entire Bible 3 almost 4 times a year.
I know devout Christians who have read through the Bible many, many times.
But, most mainline, worldly Christians in name only, do not read their Bibles.

I don't know percentages, but I make it a habit to read my Bible thru every year. There are things I want to study besides that, but I do have a daily devotional and reading of both Old and New Testaments.

I would say that over 100% of all, true Christians have actually read the Bible, if they are not presently, in the process of reading the Bible.

The Zogby poll confirms that between 3% and 99% of all Christians have read the Bible. It is a proven fact that this is substantially higher than athiests who have memorized their own DNA.

I'm not sure what the overall percentage is (but I am sure it's not high enough!) , but I am a Christian and have read it many, many times.

I do not have the %. Luckily our salvation does not have anything to do with the issue if we have read the Bible thourh or not. The mercy of God is the same for everyone.

Very few. They just use the bible as a document they feel will substantiate their theory.
