I don't think it would be that painful, but do you think i'm going to need protection like a helmut or any other pieces of protection of the ladies in the class?

The only self-defense class I've ever taken, the male "attacker" had a full body suit complete with helmet that was totally padded so he wouldn't be hurt.

I twas the "attacker" one time and I didn't ware no paddin. My nuts aiked fur awhile, but I really did enjoy it when thems women would grap my arm, turn me a flip to on my back, and jump straddle my face!

no , i say get your nuts smacked , then get some protection some other day . or maybe a head injury might help . oooo , i know , a poke in the eye...
