So my credit card limit is quite low. So, I was wondering If I can reserve a hotel room with my credit card, but pay with a debit card after I check out?

I don'tt have a credit card either but I have 2 Visa debit cards & I use them the same way that you would use a credit card. They basically are the same since they aresponsoredd by Visa (or Mastercard etc whichever you have), only difference if with using a debit card youdon'tt have credit on it, you have to have the actual cash to use & pay loaded on there. I have found that some hotels will make you pay a deposit however so you may have to have the amount for their deposit on there as well as the amount they charge for the rooms. They will just put a hold on the deposit amount & then after you check out & there is no damage, long distance phone calls, property taken or damaged etc then they will credit the deposit amount back to your debit card. However, beware that sometimes it can take them up to 7 business days or even possibly 2 weeks to credit it back. This is something you should inquire about when reserving the room. The downfall to paying cash is that you wont be able to reserve the room in advance. You will just have to wait til you get there to get a room. I have found though if you are going to be traveling by car on a road trip that alot of rest areas have hotel coupon books that you can pick up & save money on rooms when using them so that might be a plus to paying cash.Whichever way I hope you get your room & have a good trip! Be safe! :)

Yes you can. I do this all the time all over the world especially in Asia and the US. It needs to have the Visa or Master Card Logo though in most cases or at least be part of the network. You'll see some things on the back that will let you know like "Star" "Cirrus" "Co-op" or a couple of others.

Absolutely. If it has a logo such as Visa or Mastercard, they just run it as a credit card.
